通过对现有工程项目管理系统的使用状况进行分析,并结合适用于海洋油气工程项目的调试功能模块设计,形成一套功能具有针对性的调试信息化管理系统建立依据,在实际的系统建设中将调试工作全流程各个环节的管理要素和内容纳入该管理系统,在提升调试管理和实施效率的同时,可有效的规避风险和纰漏,较为全面的保障调试各环节安全开展,使调试工作管理实现信息化、系统化和国际化。

Through analyzing the existing project management system and referencing the commissioning function module design of offshore oil and gas engineering project,forming a set of basis for establishment which functions are targeted on commissioning information management system.In the process of actual construction,the management elements and contents of each link of the whole process of commissioning are incorporated into the management system,so as to realize informatization,systematization and internationalization of commissioning management.
