摘要
海洋石油平台建造过程中,由于设备到货时间推迟,许多设备需要通过侧装法进行安装施工。本文以南海某大型采气中心平台的低温分离器撬侧装为依托,设计了一种设备侧装辅助平台,并利用SACS软件对结构不同工况的受力进行分析研究,研究结果表明该侧装辅助平台强度满足施工要求,与组块之间应采用加强连接,并分析了支撑结构的结构形式对其受力情况的影响规律,结果发现,采用框架式支撑结构可以有效提高结构的整体强度和抗变形能力,可直接降低变形近44%,对于设备侧装辅助平台的设计具有一定的参考价值。
During the construction of offshore platforms,many equipment needs to be installed by side loading because of the delay of arrival time.In this paper,taking the low temperature separator of a large gas mining center platform in the South China Sea as an example,a kind of equipment side loading auxiliary platform is designed,and the mechanics analysis of the structure in different working conditions is carried out by SACS software.The results show that the strength of the auxiliary platform is satisfied with the construction requirements,the strengthening connection should be adopted between the deck and the platform.The influence law of the structural form of the supporting structure on the force is analyzed.It is found that the frame structure can effectively improve the overall strength and the anti deformation ability of the supporting structure,and can directly reduce the deformation by nearly 44%,and it has a definite reference value for the design of the auxiliary platform for equipment side loading.
