摘要
本文基于PDMS软件,以EP18-1项目中E20甲板为例,给出该层甲板管支架一体化建造方案。参考结构专业甲板吊装方案,模拟甲板车间预制、装车运输、现场施工及场地吊装等过程,对于不产生任何碰撞的管支架进行一体化建造,为提高设计质量和工作效率提供理论参考。
Taking the E20 deck of EP18-1 project for example,explaining how to use the PDMS software to give a pipe support integrated construction plan.Building several models and simulating the process of fabrication in the shop,transportation on SPMT and lifting on the site.Pipe supports without any clash during these process will be installed on the deck in advance.This method will contribute to increasing the efficiency of construction.
