山洪灾害背景下京津冀山区生态安全综合评价研究 被引量:2

Study on Comprehensive Assessment of Ecological Security in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Mountainous Region under the Background of Mountain Torrents Disaster

摘要 当前京津冀山区由于人为扰动导致的生态环境问题日益严重,加之气候的异常变化,山洪灾害造成的损失显著增大。从生态安全的视角出发,在压力—状态—响应(PSR)模型框架下,借助GIS技术探索生态—灾害耦合的评价机理,采用层次分析法与综合指数法进行生态安全综合评价。研究结果表明:京津冀山区生态安全水平在像元尺度和分区尺度上均呈现出明显的空间差异性;全区域生态安全指数在0. 30-0. 56之间呈离散分布,整体处于中等偏下水平;京津冀山区范围内按生态安全指数大小排序为:北部山区>东部山区>西部山区,山洪灾害风险的生态安全水平依次降低。基于此,提出京津冀山区城乡规划的应对策略。 At present,the ecological environmental problem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous area is more serious due to human disturbances,coupled with abnormal climate change,resulting in a significant increase in losses of mountain torrents disaster significantly.From the perspective of ecological security,this paper explores the evaluation mechanism of ecology-disaster coupling with GIS technology under the framework of pressure-state-response(PSR)model,and uses the AHP method and Comprehensive Index Method for comprehensive assessment of ecological security.The results showed that spatial difference of ecological security level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous region on the pixel scale and zoning scale is obvious;the ecological security index of the whole area is between 0.30-0.56 in discretely distributed,and the ecological security situation is at the middle and lower level;the order of ecological security index of all partitions is:northern mountainous area>eastern mountainous area>western mountainous area,and the ecological security level based on the risk of mountain torrents disaster is decreasing in turn.Finally,this paper puts forward strategies of urban-rural planning in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous region.
