摘要
The third government-to-government cooperation project between China and Singapore, the groundbreaking New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC) lacks both delineated territorial scope and plans for industrial parks construction. The project strictly focuses on two key sectors: finance and logistics. By minimizing the cost of financial and logistics services, the ILSTC not only facilitates western China’s connection to the outside world, but also facilitates common development among western Chinese provinces and ASEAN member states with Chongqing and Singapore serving as dual hubs.
