From February 26th to March 1st,Carmen Rosa Hernandez George,Mayor of the city Telde,Spain,led a delegation to visit Chongqing.Telde is located in the province of Las Palmas,Canary Islands,Spain.The famous writer Sanmao(Chen Ping),who was bom in Chongqing,lived in the city for several years.
