PROBLEMS IN THE APPLICATION OF HSE MANAGEMENT AT INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE SITE AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

针对HSE管理体系在石油化工行业现场检维修现场应用过程中存在的问题,通过HSE管理措施将检修现场存在的问题具化为HSE监督管理的事前预防、事中监督和事后确认,使检维修工作全过程受控,同时助推HSE管理体系更好地运行。

Aiming at the problems of HSE management system existing in the application process of inspection and maintenance site in petrochemical industry,HSE management measures are taken to crystallize these problems into prevention in advance,supervision in process and confirmation after the event during HSE supervision and management.In this way,the whole process of inspection and maintenance is under control and this boosts the better operation of HSE management system.
