摘要
炼化企业水冷器的安全直接影响装置的平稳运行能力,对影响炼化企业水冷器腐蚀泄漏的原因进行了分析,并对在役水冷器运行中的潜在风险进行了识别,通过引入风险识别技术方法,对水冷器的能效级别进行排序,结合循环水流速和现场运行状况,实现了水冷器安全风险识别,从而达到早期识别、早期诊断,延长水冷器使用寿命的目的,为降低事故处理和应急抢修的几率,实现装置长周期运行打好基础。
The safety of water cooler in petrochemical enterprises directly affects the stable operation ability of equipment.This paper analyzes the causes that affect the corrosion and leakage of water cooler in petrochemical enterprises.It identifies the potential risks in the existing water cooler through introducing the methods of risk identification technology and sorts the energy efficiency levels of water coolers.Combining with the flow rate of circulating water and on-site operating conditions,safety risk identification of water coolers are realized.Thus,early identification and early diagnosis can be achieved;the service life of water coolers can be prolonged;the probability of accident treatment and emergency repair can be reduced.This lays a good foundation for the realization of long period operation of devices.
