摘要
根据冰醋酸的理化特性和其对储存、操作运行条件的特殊要求,通过对企业原储存装置及设备系统的状态分析发现:原储存装置系统存在因设计选材不当而发生腐蚀泄漏的缺陷,经过材料特性防腐性能的对比试验结果,提出与实施了具体的整改和技术改造措施,获得了满足冰醋酸在不锈钢储罐系统安全存储的优良效果。
According to the physical and chemical characteristics of glacial acetic acid and its special requirements for storage and operating conditions,it is found through state analysis of the enterprise’s original storage device and equipment system that the original storage system has the defects of corrosion and leakage due to improper material selection.Based on the comparative test results of corrosion resistance of material properties,this paper puts forward and implements specific rectification and technical transformation.And satisfactory results are achieved to meet the safe storage of glacial acetic acid in stainless steel tank system.
