摘要
随着国民经济的不断发展,化工产品的需求量也日益增大,现代化工装置的生产规模也越来越大,自动化控制要求越来越高。目前,化工生产中普遍采用DCS集散控制系统,系统中各单元、各参数之间的耦合更加密切,任何被控参数的波动、部件的故障、人为误操作均有可能引发系统停车,更有甚者会造成不可挽救的安全事故。因此,当系统出现波动,怎样能够快速且精确地进行故障源定位,通过合理有效的控制措施,使异常参数回归正常工况范围,使系统恢复安全平稳的生产状态,已成为当前国内外相关学术领域研究的一个重要课题。
With the continuous growth of national economy,the demand for chemical products is increasing;the production scale of modern chemical equipment is becoming larger and larger and the demand for automatic control is higher and higher.At present,the DCS collecting and distributing control system is widely used in chemical production;each unit of the system and the coupling between various parameters are more closely,so any fluctuations in any controlled parameters,component failures,and human error may cause system shutdown or even irreversible safety accident.Therefore,when the system fluctuates,it has become an important topic in related international academic field currently to locate the fault sources quickly and accurately,make the abnormal parameters return to normal working range and restore the system to safe and smooth production status through reasonable and effective control measures.
