摘要 阐述了活性焦吸附工艺在炼化含盐污水提标处理中的技术原理和工业应用,当进水COD40~80mg/L时,经过处理,出水可以满足COD≤40mg/L的要求。对实际应用中出现问题所采取的措施效果分析后的结果表明:该工艺具备炼化企业污水深度提标的实际应用价值。 This paper expounds the technical principles and industrial application of the active coke adsorption process in refining and chemical treatment of saline wastewater.With 40-80 mg/L concentration of COD in intake water,the concentration of COD in outlet water after treatment is equal or less than 40 mg/L,which can satisfy the requirement.Through analyzing the effects of the measures taken to solve the problems in practical application,the results show that such process has practical value for upgrading the wastewater treatment in refining and chemical enterprises.
