含油污泥处理的试验研究

摘要 含油污泥的处理一直是石化行业的一大难题。含油污泥浓缩处理后再进行脱水处理,脱水性能较差,脱水后的含油污泥部分混掺到脱水后的活性污泥进行干化处理。由于含油污泥粘度大,容易堵塞干化系统换热器;当混掺污泥含油的比例较大时,在分离器的位置容易形成油泥附着,影响干化系统的运行。将超声波化学清洗技术应用于含油污泥处理,系统运行稳定,污泥的含油量大幅降低,污泥的性状得到改善,污油得以回收,污泥沉降性能和脱水性能好,并且易于干化处理。中试试验的研究结果表明:含油污泥经过加热过滤、超声波反应、化学清洗、固液分离、污泥浓缩罐分离等处理后,单独进行干化处理是可行的,且含油污泥的干化性能优于活性污泥的干化性能。 Oily sludge disposal has always been a major problem in petrochemical industry.After oily sludge is concentrated,dehydration is carried out and the dehydration performance is poor.The oily sludge after dehydration is mixed to the dehydrated activated sludge for drying treatment.Because of the large viscosity of oily sludge,the drying system heat exchanger can be easily blocked.When the proportion of oil in the mixed sludge is large,sludge adhesion is easy to form at the position of the separator and this affects the operation of the drying system.When ultrasonic chemical cleaning technology is applied to treat the oily sludge,the system runs steadily;the oil content of the sludge is greatly reduced;the properties of the sludge are improved;the sewage oil is recovered;the sludge settling performance and dewatering performance are good and it is easy to carry out drying treatment.The results of the pilot test show that after the oily sludge is treated by heating filtration,ultrasonic reaction,chemical cleaning,solid-liquid separation,and separation of sludge concentrate and so on,it is feasible to dry the sludge alone,and the drying performance of oily sludge is better than that of the activated sludge.
