摘要
介绍了3种芳烃抽提装置储罐VOCs综合治理工艺技术路线,并对这3种路线进行了分析比较。其中低温催化燃烧技术路线因其能耗少、操作简单、安全、效率高而得到广泛的应用,有明显的优越性。通过此路线将芳烃抽提装置内3个溶剂罐顶部的排放有机气体收集并处理,达到了国家环保排放要求。
This paper introduces three technical routes for comprehensive treatment of VOCs in the storage tanks of aromatic extraction unit.It also analyzes and compares these three routes.Among them,the technical route of low-temperature catalytic combustion has been widely used because of its low energy consumption,simple operation,safety and high efficiency.This route has obvious advantages through which the organic gas discharged from the top of the three solvent tanks in the aromatic extraction unit is collected and treated to meet the national environmental emission requirements.
