摘要
液态排渣炉对燃料的灰熔点要求严格,通常采用燃料中添加石灰石的方法降低灰熔点,掺混石灰石对锅炉热效率有复杂的影响,但目前有关锅炉热效率的测量方法中没有明确规定。通过对掺混石灰石引起的系列变化进行系统分析,发现掺烧石灰石对锅炉热效率的影响主要体现在灰渣物理显热损失、排烟热损失及炉内化学反应引起的热效应3个方面,进而提出了一种基于现有常规锅炉性能测试规程修正的简易方法。将该方法用于实际锅炉的热效率测试,同时借鉴GB标准中石灰石脱硫条件下的测量方法、石灰石与煤混合燃料的GB方法进行计算比较,结果表明提出的基于现有锅炉热效率测量规范进行修正的简易方法是可行的,可方便准确评估掺混石灰石降低灰熔点的液态排渣炉热效率。
Liquid slagging boiler is strict with ash fusion point of the coal.It usually uses limestone mixing coal to reduce the ash fusion point.Mixing limestone has a complicated affects on the boiler thermal efficiency,but there is no definite regulation on the boiler thermal efficiency at present.Through system analysis of mixing limestone effecting series of changes,it is found that the effect of the limestone mixed in the coal mainly reflectes 3 points:the physical heat loss of the bottom ash and fly ash,the heat loss of the exhaust gas and the thermal effect of chemical reactions in a furnace.A simplified method is proposed which based on existing routine boiler performance test rules amending discipline methods.This method is used to assess the heat efficiency of a liquid slagging boiler coal fired mixing limestone.Using the experience of GB method for measuring the limestone desulfurization and calculation comparing with the GB method for the mixing fuel of limestone with coal,the result is proved that the simple method based on the current boiler thermal efficiency measurement standard in this paper is feasible.This method can assess conveniently and exactly to evaluate the liquid slag boiler heat efficiency.
