基于薄弱环节跟踪的城市电网目标网架方案研究

近年来,地区负荷逐年攀升,电网在为地区经济社会发展做出巨大贡献的同时,也暴露出供电能力不足、网架结构薄弱、可靠性有待提高等突出问题。对辽宁14个地市各电压等级电网存在的隐患进行全面梳理,对每项隐患提出解决措施制订措施落实计划,并提出将薄弱环节跟踪作为构建电网目标网架的约束条件,构建自律分散的薄弱环节闭环跟踪系统,远近结合构建目标网架。

In recent years, regional load has been increasing.While the power grid has made tremendous contributions to regional economic and social development, it also exposed outstanding problems such as insufficient power supply capacity, weak grid structure which needed to improve reliability.This paper comprehensively reviews the hidden grid dangers of 14 cities in Liaoning.It proposes solutions to each potential hazard and formulates measures to implement the plan. It also proposes to use weak link tracking as a constraint condition for constructing grid target grids and build the weak link closed-loop tracking system with self-discipline dispersion.It constructs the target network with the near and far combined.
