摘要
建立工程用光伏电池数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下建立光伏电池输出特性的仿真模型,通过仿真得到不同环境条件下的光伏电池输出特性曲线。结果表明,当外部光照强度或温度发生变化时,所建模型能够准确反映光伏电池的基本电气特性,验证了模型的有效性。
Mathematical model of engineering photovoltaic cell is established and the simulation model is created in Matlab/Simulink platform.The output characteristic curve of photovoltaic cell under different environment condition is obtained.The results show that when the external light intensity or temperature changes,the model can accurately reflect the basic electrical characteristics of the photovoltaic cell which proves the validity of the model.
