摘要
110 kV精密电压互感器根据变比不同采用2种不同的不确定度评定方式。对主变比按照JJF 1067—2014 《工频电压比例标准装置校准规范》要求采用参考电势法得到20%额定电压及以下误差值;采用串联加法得到电压系数曲线,按照规定算法推算出20%以上额定电压误差值。对所有数据进行6次重复性测量,从4个方面进行不确定度评定,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展标准不确定度,为220 kV和500 kV标准电压互感器误差测量和不确定评定打下基础。
According to the different variable ratio,110 kV precision voltage transformer uses two different kinds of uncertainty evaluation methods.To main variable ratio,according to JJF 1067-2014<voltage ratio standards at power frequency>calibration specification,it refers potentiometric method to get 20%and downward rated voltage and error value.It refers the series addition method to get the voltage coefficient curve which more than 20%according to the algorithm.6 repeatability measurements are carried out for all data and it assess the uncertainty in 4 aspects.The synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded standard uncertainty are calculated which lay the foundation for error measurement and uncertainty evaluation of 220 kV and 500 kV standard voltage transformers.
