摘要
智能变电站技术解决了常规变电站信息不共享、互操作性差等诸多不足,提供全面数据信息服务,为实现电网智能化提供技术保障,为智能电网分析决断提供信息支持。通过分析智能变电站二次系统过程层、间隔层、站控层功能,对当前智能变电站建设的几种组网方案就经济性、可靠性、实时性、灵活性等方面做了比较,总结各种方案的利弊,为今后智能变电站的规划建设提供有效借鉴。
The intelligent substation technology solves many shortcomings such as non-sharing of conventional substation information and poor interoperability.It provides a comprehensive data information service,technical support for the realization of intelligent grid and information support for the analysis and determination of smart grid.By analyzing the functions of the process layer,interval layer and station control layer of the secondary system of intelligent substation,this paper analyzes several networking schemes of current intelligent substation construction,economics,reliability,real-time and flexibility of several schemes.Advantages and disadvantages of various programs are summarized.It provides effective reference for the planning and construction of smart substations in the future.
