摘要 随着电网规模的不断发展,变电站电力设备的运行维修工作量急剧增加,根据用户的高供电可靠性需求,"一停多检"的运检模式广泛实施,其带来的交叉作业危险点日益增多,安全风险管控亟需规范化。根据"一停多检"模式下的变电检修、二次检修和试化验工作交叉作业的实际现状,探索分析现有专业工作分工下的多班组多专业交叉作业全过程安全风险点,制订变电检修、二次检修和试化验交叉作业流程,分析梳理多专业交叉作业的安全风险,并针对性制订管控措施;有效降低交叉作业安全风险,提升变电站安全生产管理水平。 With the continuous development of the power grid scale,the operation and maintenance workload of substation power equipment has increased dramatically.According to the high power supply reliability needs of the users,the mode of “one stop and multiple inspections” has been widely implemented.The dangerous points of cross operation increases.The management and control of safety risk needs to be standardized.Based on actual situation of the cross operation of the “one stop and multiple inspections”transformer substation recondition,Secondary maintenance and laboratory test,it explores and analyzes the safety risk points of the whole process of multi group and multi specialty cross work under the current division of professional work.It works out the cross operation process of substation maintenance, two maintenance and laboratory test.It analyzes and combings the security risk of multi professional cross operation and sets up control and control measures.It effectively reduces cross operation safety risks and improves substation safety production management level.
