During the Warring States period, there are many Northern tribes in Shijiazhuang area. The Xianyu people are one of them, and they are the most powerful tribes found in the literature and established in Zhongshan State. However, the situation of other northern tribes that are missing from historical records is not known to the world. The excavation of the tombs of Gujun in the early Warring States period shows us the tomb situation of another disappeared White Di tribe. A series of burial customs, such as many sacrifices, stones tomb, practical combination of bronze, funeral carriage and horse, tombs facing the East, shows not only the thick northern funeral customs, but also the influence of the Chinese funeral in the Central Plains. This demonstrates the mutual influence and integration of cultural factors between Huaxia and Rongdi in the Warring States period and between the North and the South. It is a historical witness to the great integration of ethnic and cultural groups in the Warring States period.
