高校知识产权普及教育中问题及对策研究——以知识产权法公选课为切入点

Study on Problems and Countermeasures in the Popularization of Intellectual Property Education in Colleges:A Case Study of Public Elective Courses of Intellectual Property Law

高校知识产权普及教育是提高大学生知识产权意识和素养的重要途径,知识产权法作为知识产权普及教育的基础课程直接关系到人才培养质量。高校应加大知识产权宣传力度,创新知识产权普及教育模式,提高教学方法与教学内容、专业教育的契合性,突出实践教学。

Universal education of intellectual property rights in Colleges is an important way to improve college students’ awareness and accomplishment of intellectual property rights. As the basic course of universal education of intellectual property rights, intellectual property law is directly related to the quality of personnel training. College should strengthen the publicity of intellectual property rights, innovate intellectual property education model, improve the compatibility of teaching methods with teaching content and professional education, highlight the practical teaching.
