摘要
现有的变压器缺乏有效准确的监测手段,尤其对于干式整流变压器,只有温度监测、泄漏电流监测,导致大部分事故无法避免。本文分析了干式整流变振动产生机理,基于现场采集的振动数据,采用岭回归算法开发了一套振动监测模型,可实时监测干式整流变压器运行是否正常。
For now,all existing transformers are short of an effective and accurate monitoring method,especially for the Dry-type Rectifier Transformer.The existing monitoring methods only include the temperature monitoring and the leakage current detecting,which cannot prevent most of the accidents before they happened.In this paper,the vibration mechanism of the Dry-type Rectifier Transformer was analyzed.A model was developed using the ridge regression method and the vibration data collected from the working environment.This method provided an effective and simplifies the way to monitor the normal running of the Dry-type Rectifier Transformer in real time.
