基于智能变电站的继电保护二次回路故障诊断研究

Research on Fault Diagnosis of Secondary Circuit of Relay Protection in Intelligent Substation

为了能够进一步提高智能变电站中继电保护装置二次回路的安全性,本文提出了一种继电保护二次回路的故障检测以及诊断的方法。首先对SV、GOOSE、MMS报文监测进行了简要的分析,对过程层以及站控层链路异常信息的特征进行了详细的研究。针对智能变电站中继电保护装置的二次回路,提出了在线监测以及故障诊断方法,利用网络报文记录来对保护状态进行相应的检测,从而构建一个较为完整的二次回路在线监测系统。

In order to further improve the safety of secondary circuit of relay protection device in intelligent substation,this paper presents a method of fault detection and diagnosis for secondary circuit of relay protection.Firstly,the monitoring of SV,GOOSE and MMS packets is analyzed briefly,and the characteristics of abnormal information in the process level and station level are studied in detail.For the secondary circuit of relay protection device in intelligent substation,an on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis method is proposed.The network message record is used to detect the protection state accrording,thus a relatively complete on-line monitoring system of the secondary circuit is constructed.
