香料厨房尾料配料系统的设计与应用

摘要 为解决香料厨房尾料配料劳动强度大、效率低和精确度低的问题,充分结合香料厨房现有的设备布局和配料模式,改进尾料配料方式,设计了新的尾料配料装置。结果表明,新的尾料配料系统大大减轻了劳动强度,尾料配料时间减少了14 min,配料精度绝对值提高了0.2%。 In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and low precision of the tailings blending in the spice kitchen,a new tailings blending device was designed by fully combining the existing equipment layout and blending model of spice kitchen and improving the tailings blending mode.The results show that the new tailings blending system greatly reduces the labor intensity,cuts the time of tailings blending by 14 minutes,and increases the absolute value of blending accuracy by 0.2%.
