摘要
通过研究长输管道系统中首站、中间站、末站以及总控制中心的工艺要求及职责,结合分布式的特点,设计了基于SIMATIC PCS7分布式输油管道控制系统解决方案。并介绍了该系统结构组成以及分布式系统架构,阐述安全系统的设计和系统的冗余设计。
By studying the process requirements and responsibilities of the first station,middle station,final station and the general control center in the long-distance transportation pipeline system,combined with the distributed characteristics,a solution based on SIMATIC PCS7 distributed oil pipeline control system is designed.The structure of the system and the distributed system architecture are introduced.The design of the security system and the redundancy design of the system are described.
