摘要
本文主要介绍一种夹紧工件用的一体式液压夹具的结构组成及其工作原理,建立了其工作时相关特性的数学模型,针对实例给定的设计值,对夹具的运动特性进行了解析。分析结果表明:夹具的卡爪张开角度可调,且在死点位置,夹具具有可靠性较高的自锁特性。
The structure and working principle of an integrated hydraulic fixture based on slider connecting rod mechanism used in the milling of special milling machine were introduced.The mathematical model of work-related characteristics was established.According to the given design parameter of an example,the kinematic characteristics of the fixture were analyzed.The results showed that the opening angle of the fixture’s claw was adjustable,and the fixture had a high reliability of self-locking characteristics at the dead point.
