Time-sharing Benefit Tracking Method Considering Wind Power and Load Fluctuation

输电系统固定成本的合理分摊对于激励电网的资源合理配置、电力系统的公平性与稳定性有重要的意义。在常规电源配置资源优化和风力发电新能源的随机不确定情况下,提出了一种考虑风电与负荷波动的分时效益追踪法固定成本分摊方法,并用一个含风电场的IEEE30算例来证明了此方法的合理性、经济性。

The reasonable allocation of fixed cost of transmission system is of great importance to the rational allocation of resources and the fairness and stability of power system. In this paper, considering the optimization of conventional power distribution resources and the stochastic uncertainty of new energy sources of wind power generation, a time-sharing benefit tracking method consideration wind power and load fluctuation is proposed. An IEEE30 example with wind farm is used to prove the rationality and fairness of this method.
