县域经济改善农业结构对策研究——以河北省清河县农业状况为例

Countermeasures of Improving Agricultural Structure in County Economy——A Case Study of Qinghe County,Hebei Province

近年来,河北省清河县农业经济取得了长足的发展,农业种养结构得到一定改善。与此同时,长期粗放式经营积累的深层次矛盾也逐渐显现,农业发展面临多方面挑战。在资源与环境的约束下,改善农业经济结构,转变农业生产经营方式,注重职业农民的培养,推进农业向绿色、优质、节水、节药、节肥、环保转变将成为清河农业今后发展的新趋势。通过对清河县县域农业发展现状分析,深入一线调研,运用理论与实证的分析方法,借鉴国内外近年来农业结构调整发展趋势,查找县域农业结构调整过程中存在的问题,提出改善农业经济结构针对性对策和建议。

In recent years, the agricultural economy of Qinghe County in Hebei Province has made considerable progress, the agricultural planting structure has been improved. At the same time, the long-term extensive management accumulates the deep level contradiction also to appear gradually, the agriculture development faces many aspects challenges. Under the hard constraints of resources and environment, we should improve the agricultural economic structure, change the mode of agricultural production and management, pay attention to the cultivation of professional farmers. Promoting the transformation of agriculture to green, high quality, water saving, medicine saving, fertilizer saving and environmental protection will become a new trend in the future development of Qinghe agriculture. Through the analysis of the present situation of the county agricultural development in Qinghe County, the first line investigation was carried out, the theoretical and empirical analysis methods were used, referring to the development trend of agricultural structure adjustment at home and abroad in recent years, the problems existing in the process of agricultural structural adjustment in county area were searched out, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the structure of agricultural economy were put forward.
