新时代农业科研单位科技精准扶贫模式创新与研究——以广西农业科学院为例

Innovation and Research on the Model of Precision Poverty Alleviation in Agricultural Scientific Research Units in the New Era——A Case Study of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences

科技扶贫是打赢打好精准脱贫攻坚战的重要措施,农业科研单位是开展科技精准扶贫的重要力量。在总结广西农业科学院"党建+科技+扶贫"三位一体精准扶贫模式创新和4个携手具体做法的基础上,得出了坚持党对科技精准扶贫工作的领导、突出党支部在科技扶贫一线的作用、强化党员和科技专家双重模范带动、增强科技服务贫困村贫困户的效果等四个方面经验体会,并研究提出农业科研单位在实施乡村振兴战略的新时代,推进科技精准扶贫工作要明确重要性、调动积极性、发挥创造性、增强全局性的建议。

Poverty alleviation by science and technology is an important measure to win the fight against poverty. Agricultural scientific research units are the important forces to carry out precision poverty alleviation by science and technology. Based on summarizing “party construction, science and technology, poverty alleviation” innovation model and four concrete ways, four aspects of experience were obtained: adhering to the Party’s leadership in the work of precision poverty alleviation, highlighting the role of Party branches in the front line of poverty alleviation, strengthening the dual role models of party members and experts, enhancing the effect of science and technology in serving the poor families. Agricultural scientific research units should make clear the importance, arouse their enthusiasm, give play to their creativity and enhance the overall situation in the new era of implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation to promote the work of scientific and technological precision poverty alleviation.
