摘要
"医患冲突"现象反映出医务工作者职业道德素养不足、医患沟通不畅、医患间信任关系缺失等诸多问题。化解这些问题需要加强医学伦理教育,从教育目标设定、基础性地位确立、医学伦理教育与专业教育整合、师资队伍建设等方面不断改进完善,在提升医学伦理教育教学质量基础上,促进和谐医患关系的形成。
The phenomenon of “doctor-patient conflict” reflects the poor professional ethics of medical workers, the insufficient communication between doctors and patients and the lack of trust between doctors and patients. To solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen medical ethics education through setting an education goal, confirming the foundational status of education, integrating the medical ethics education and professional education, and perfecting the construction of the teaching staff continuously. Improving the quality of medical ethics education and teaching would facilitate the formation of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
