从整合医学视角看牙弓牙槽弓分区

A discussion on area division of dental arch and alveolar arch from the perspective of holistic integrative medicine

骨结合理论确立并推动了现代口腔种植学的发展,口腔种植已经成为效果确切的修复重建牙列缺损缺失的常规诊疗手段。当前临床上主要采用传统的四象限分区法、前牙后牙分区法与美学非美学区分区方法,指导口腔种植方案的临床设计、决策、描述记录与学术交流,这些传统牙弓分区方法考量因素相对单一,而口腔种植是一项涉及因素复杂的缺失牙修复重建手段,随着种植的普及,有必要从整合医学角度,结合口腔种植的特点,对传统的牙弓分区进行思考,提出新的牙弓牙槽弓分区方法。通过临床经验积累和研究分析,笔者从整合医学视角提出将牙弓和牙槽弓分为弓顶区、左右弓肩区和左右弓体区,同时对新分区方法的考量因素、分区特点及其在口腔种植的适用性进行了初步探讨与思考。

Pushed by osseointegration theory, contemporary dental implantology has been established and developed quickly. Dental implant-supported prostheses have become the routine means for the rehabilitation of dentition defect and dentition missing. The conventional area division of dentition and alveolar arch, such as anterior teeth and posterior teeth, aesthetic area and none aesthetic area, could not meet the need of the development of dental implantology. From the perspective of holistic integrative medicine, it is necessary to present a new way of area division of dental arch and alveolar arch based on the improvement of conventional area division of dentition. Based on the accumulation of clinical experience and scientific analysis, we presented that the dental arch and alveolar arch could be divided such areas as arch apex, arch shoulder and arch body. In addition, we investigated primarily the points, characteristics and usability of the new area division for dental implantation.
