基于社会工作视角的社区老年教育模式研究——以常德市新坡社区“乐龄学苑”项目为例

Research on Community Olds Education Model Based on Social Work Perspective——Taking the Leling Academy Project in Xinpo Community of Changde City as an Example

社会工作是以人的全面发展及其社会功能的恢复为根本宗旨,以增权赋能为核心理念,以个案工作、小组工作和社区工作为主要工作方法的专业助人服务。本文以社会工作视角审视目前我国社区老年教育存在的诸多问题,并通过引入社会工作的理论和方法,从社会工作实践的角度,构建社会工作介入社区老年教育需求评估、活动设计、活动实施、共同体培育、资源整合以及效果评估的全程介入模式。

Social work is the professional helper service which takes the comprehensive development of human beings and the restoration of their social functions as its fundamental purposes,the empowerment as the core concept,and the case work,group work and community work as the main working methods.This paper examines the problems of community olds'education in China from the perspective of social work,through the introduction of the theory and methods of social work and from the perspective of social work practice,the full intervention model that social work intervenes the community olds'education needs assessment,activity design,activity implementation,community cultivation,resource integration and effect evaluation are constructed.
