桑白皮汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of modified Sangbaipi decoction in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的观察桑白皮汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果,为中西医结合治疗AECOPD提供依据。方法选取2017年5～2018年5月我院肺病科60例AECOPD患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予西医常规治疗同时给予桑白皮汤加味治疗,观察两组患者病情变化及相关指标的变化。结果两组治疗方案均可改善AECOPD患者发病症状,肺功能、动脉血气指标,且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论桑白皮汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Sangbaipi decoction in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)to provides the basis for the treatment of AECOPD by integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods Sixty AECOPD patients in the department of pulmonary diseases in Qujing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment with western medicine while the treatment group was given conventional treatment with western medicine combined with modified sangbaipi decoction.The changes of patients’condition and related indexes in the two groups were observed.Results Both treatment regimens can improve the symptoms,pulmonary function and arterial blood gas index of patients with AECOPD and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Modified Sangbaipi decoction in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
