彩色多普勒超声联合颈动脉血管超声对动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者的诊断分析

Diagnostic analysis of carotid artery ultrasound combined with color doppler ultrasound in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声联合颈动脉血管超声对动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者的诊断情况。方法选取我院2016年3月～2018年5月收治200例脑梗死患者作为观察组,选取同期我院健康体检者100例作为对照组,观察两组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的分布、类型、颈总动脉内中膜厚度值(IMT)、颈总动脉收缩期的内径(Ds)、收缩期血流速度峰值(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Vd)、阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)情况。结果观察组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率、硬斑、混合斑比例、IMT、Ds、RI、PI均高于对照组,软斑比例、Vs、Vd均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声联合颈动脉血管超声诊断动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者效率较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach carotid artery ultrasound combined with color doppler ultrasound in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods 200 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 100 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The distribution,type,IMT,Ds,Vs,Vd,RI and PI of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in the two groups were observed. Results The detection rate of carotid atherosclerotic plaques,proportion of hard plaques,mixed plaques,IMT,Ds,RI and PI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the proportion of soft plaques,Vs and Vd were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of carotid atherosclerotic plaques between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion The efficiency of atherosclerosis with cerebral infarction patients by color doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasound is higher,which is worth to be used.
