辨证施护联合梅花针叩刺治疗白癜风的效果观察

Effect of dialectical nursing combined with plum-blossom needle tapping in the treatment of vitiligo

目的探讨辨证施护联合梅花针叩刺治疗白癜风的效果。方法选取2016年2月～2018年2月我院诊治的白癜风患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例,观察组患者采用辨证施护联合梅花针叩刺进行治疗,对照组患者采用单纯梅花针叩刺进行治疗,比较分析两种方式对白癜风的患者治疗效果。结果观察组显效20例,有效10例,总有效率为96.77%(30/31),对照组显效5例,有效20例,总有效率为83.87%(26/31),观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组中未发现不良反应发生情况,对照组中有4例患者出现不同程度的红斑并伴有局部灼热,后通过对患者的停药观察,作出积极处理后不适感消失。结论采用辨证施护联合梅花针叩刺治疗白癜风效果明显,能够有效提高患者临床有效率,同时降低不良反应的发生机率,适合在临床上推广和使用。

Objective To explore the effect of dialectical nursing combined with plum-blossom needle tapping in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Sixty-two patients with vitiligo who admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated by simple tap thorn plum needle treatment while the observation group was treated by dialectical nursing combined with plum-blossom needle tapping treatment. The therapeutic effects of patients with vitiligo in the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, there were 20 cases of developing effect and 10 cases of effect, and the total effective rate was 96.77%(30/31). In the control group, there were 5 cases of developing effect and 20 cases of effect, and the total effective rate was 83.87%(26/31). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). No adverse reactions were found in the observation group, and there were 4 patients in the control group with erythema of different degrees accompanied by local heat. After active treatment and discontinuation of the drug, the discomfort of the patients were disappeared. Conclusion Dialectical nursing combined with plum-blossom needle tapping for treatment of vitiligo is effective, which can effectively improve the clinical efficiency of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, suitable for clinical promotion and use.
