血栓通注射液治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效及对认知功能的影响

Effect of Xueshuantong injection on chronic cerebral insufficiency and its influence on cognitive function

目的观察血栓通注射液对慢性脑供血不足的疗效,以及对认知功能的影响。方法随机选取2015年1月～2017年12月我院收治的100例慢性脑供血不足的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组应用桂哌齐特等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用血栓通。比较两组患者的疗效,脑TCD血流速度以及认知功能等。结果观察组临床治愈的比例及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在治疗后,观察组颅内小动脉狭窄和闭塞的支数均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS评分均有下降,MMSE评分均有升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P <O.05)。结论血栓通注射液对慢性脑供血不足疗效显著,可以改善患者的认知功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Xueshuantong injection on chronic cerebral insufficiency and its influence on cognitive function. Methods One hundred patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received cinepazide and other conventional treatments,the observation group received further Xueshuantong.The efficacy,cerebral TCD blood flow velocity and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment,the number of intracranial arterial stenosis and occlusion in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of both groups decreased,and the MMSE score increased,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection has a significant effect on chronic cerebral ischemia,which can improve the cognitive function of patients and is worthy of promotion and application.
