非瓣膜病性心房纤颤并发急性缺血性脑卒中危险因素调查

Investigation of risk factors for acute ischemic stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation

目的探讨非瓣膜病性心房纤颤并发急性缺血性脑卒中危险因素。方法选择2016年4月～2017年10月本院收治的非瓣膜病性心房纤颤并发急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例,针对入组者性别、年龄、遗传因素、血压水平、甲状腺功能、低密度脂蛋白水平等进行统计,行单因素分析及Logistic多因素回归分析,确定急性缺血性脑卒中发病高危因素。结果甲状腺功能亢进、合并高血压、存在遗传因素、低密度脂蛋白升高为非瓣膜病性心房纤颤并发急性缺血性脑卒中的相关及独立危险因素。结论对于甲状腺功能亢进,低密度脂蛋白升高者,且合并非瓣膜病性心房纤颤,其发生急性缺血性脑卒中的危险性增加。

Objective To discuss risk factors for acute ischemic stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Methods Eighty cases of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation complicated with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected.According to the gender,age,genetic factors,blood pressure level,thyroid function,low density lipoprotein level and other statistical analysis,univariate analysis and Logistic multivariate regression analysis were performed to determine the risk factors of acute ischemic stroke. Results Hyperthyroidism,concomitant hypertension,presence of genetic factors,and elevated LDL were related and independent risk factors for non-valvular atrial fibrillation complicated with acute ischemic stroke. Conclusion The risk of acute ischemic stroke is increased in patients with hyperthyroidism,elevated LDL,and nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.
