Effect of Orem self-care mode on hope level and self-esteem of patients with congestive heart failure

目的探讨Orem自理模式对充血性心力衰竭患者希望水平及自尊感的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的80例充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规充血性心力衰竭护理,观察组则以Orem自理理念为指导进行护理。比较两组护理干预前后的希望水平(Herth希望量表)及护理干预后自尊感(SES量表)。结果护理干预前两组的Herth希望量表评估结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理干预后两组Herth希望量表及SES量表评估结果明显改善,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 Orem自理模式有助于改善充血性心力衰竭患者的希望水平及自尊感,在充血性心力衰竭患者中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the the effect of Orem self-care mode on hope level and self-esteem of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with congestive heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated with routine nursing for congestive heart failure, while the observation group was nursed by the guidance of Orem's self-care mode concept. The level of hope (Herth hope scale) before and after the nursing as well as the self-esteem (SES scale)of patients after the nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the results of the Herth hope scale between the two groups before the nursing intervention( P >0.05).After the nursing intervention, the results of the Herth hope scale and the SES scale were significantly improved, and the result of the observation group was superior to that of the control group.And the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Orem self-care mode can improve the hope level and self-esteem of patients with congestive heart failure. Therefore, it has high application value in patients with congestive heart failure.
