摘要
主要研究了铸造粉尘(XJ01)改性天然橡胶的制备与性能。以XJ01和气相白炭黑为补强剂,以氧化锌和硬脂酸为活性剂,防老剂4010,促进剂DM和硫磺为原材料,使用双辊开炼机和平板硫化机制备出了不同配方的橡胶样品。通过利用多功能粒径及形态分析仪,研究了改性前后铸造粉尘的粒径;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,分析了铸造粉尘的改性效果;通过透射电镜、扫描电镜、电子拉力试验机和动态力学分析仪,研究了不同配方的微观形貌变化特征以及不同配比补强剂对硫化胶力学性能的影响。结果显示:XJ01可以改善白炭黑在天然橡胶中的分散性,提高白炭黑与天然橡胶的相容性。通过XJ01部分替代白炭黑补强天然橡胶,变废为宝,降低了白炭黑的使用量,减少了铸造粉尘对环境的污染。
In this paper,the preparation process and performance characterization of natural rubber modified by casting dust (XJ01)-gas phase silica were studied. XJ01 and fumed silica as reinforcing agent,zinc oxide and stearic acid as active agent,anti-aging agent 4010,accelerator DM and sulfur as raw materials,double-roll mill and flat vulcanization Rubber samples of different formulations were prepared. The particle size of the foundry dust before and after the modification was studied by using the multifunctional particle size and morphology analyzer. The Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to study whether the foundry dust was modified. The morphology of the fumed silica and the changes of micro-morphology of different formulations was studied by transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,electronic tensile testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer. The results show that casting dust can improve the dispersibility of white carbon black in natural rubber and improve the compatibility of white carbon black with natural rubber. XJ01 can partially replace white carbon black to reinforce natural rubber,thereby reducing the use of white carbon black,reducing the environmental pollution caused by foundry dust.
