摘要
首先介绍了土地利用转型的概念,构建了土地利用转型概念模型,综述了土地利用转型的理论研究;其次阐述了SWOT分析法和AHP法及其相关研究;最后以哈尔滨市平房工业园区为例,将SWOT定性分析与AHP法定量分析相结合,通过层次模型的构建、权重的计算及战略类型的确定,得出了利用外部机会、克服内部弱点的工业园区土地利用转型战略方向,以期为推动土地利用转型工作的开展,提升工业园区经济效益提供借鉴与参考。
Firstly,the concept of land use transformation is introduced,the conceptual model of land use transformation is constructed,and the theoretical research of land use transformation is summarized.Secondly,SWOT analysis,AHP and related research are described.Finally in Harbin industrial park,for example,will the SWOT qualitative analysis combining quantitative analysis with AHP method,through the construction of the hierarchical model,the calculation of weight and the determination of strategy types,it is concluded that the use of external opportunity,to overcome the internal weaknesses of industrial park land use transformation strategic direction,to promote the work of land use transformation,promote industrial park,offer reference for economic benefits.
