翻白草生物碱提取工艺优化研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE EXTRACTION PROCESS OPTIMIZATION OF POTENTILLA DISCOLOR BUNGE ALKALOIDS

摘要 为优化翻白草生物碱提取工艺条件,通过单因素及析因试验,确定对翻白草生物碱得率影响显著的因素,进一步采用Box-Behnken试验设计安排试验,利用BP神经网络结合遗传算法对翻白草生物碱提取工艺进行优化。综合以上研究,确定翻白草生物碱最优的提取工艺为:乙醇浓度77%,料液比1∶17 g/mL,提取温度65℃,提取时间90 min。在此条件下,翻白草生物碱得率达0.4251 mg/g。试验结果可为翻白草生物碱进一步的开发及应用研究奠定基础。 To optimize the extraction process of Potentilla discolor bunge alkaloids,the significant factors effecting on the Potentilla discolor bunge alkaloids yield were confirmed through single factor experiments and factorial experiments.Box-Behnken experiment design was further used to arrange the next tests.BP neural network combined with genetic algorithm were used to optimize the extraction process of Potentilla discolor bunge alkaloids.Combined with the above studies,the optimal extraction process conditions of Potentilla discolor bunge alkaloids were obtained such as follows:ethanol concentration 77%,solid-liquid ratio 1:17 g/mL,extracting temperature 65 ℃,extracting time 90 minutes.The yield of Potentilla discolor bunge alkaloids could reach 0.4251 mg/g under these conditions.The results could lay a foundation for further development and application research of Potentilla discolor bunge alkaloids.
