“一带一路”倡议下中国国际服务外包产业竞争力分析和发展对策研究

On the Competitiveness and Development Countermeasures of China's International Service Outsourcing Industry under the "One Belt and One Road" Initiative

我国近期提出的"一带一路"倡议是一项重大经济发展机遇,服务外包产业应利用"一带一路"倡议契机,努力实现自身的快速发展,成为推动我国经济发展和产业升级的强大力量。本文从中国承接国际服务外包的现状出发,以迈克尔波特的国家竞争优势理论为基础,结合国际服务外包的自身特点,归纳出11个指标作为国际服务外包竞争力评价体系,并从这11个方面对中国承接国际服务外包的竞争力进行评价,最后从政府、行业和企业三个层面提出建议,希望我国可以抓住"一带一路"倡议带来的机遇,提升国际竞争力,全面发展国际服务外包产业。

Recently, our country has put forward a very important strategy of economy development which is called "One Belt and One Road". The service outsourcing industry should take advantage of this strategy to achieve their own rapid development and become a powerful force in promoting China's economic development and industrial upgrading. This article falls into three parts. The first part introduces the present situation of China's service outsourcing industry. The second part, based on Michael Porter's theory of national competitive advantage and analysis of the characteristics of international service outsourcing, summarizes 11 indexes as evaluation system for the international service outsourcing competitiveness. And the last part gives some suggestions for the government, industry and enterprises, in the expectation that our nation can grasp the opportunities brought by the "One Belt and One Road" strategy to enhance its international competitiveness and develop its international service outsourcing industry in an allaround way.
