班级管理是基于班级的学生管理,学生管理首先要了解学生的心理,继而再依据学生的心理特点和心理需求进行针对性管理。若要学生有学习动机,必须满足他们的基本需要。一个人如果没有需要,就没有动力与活力,需要本身就是激发动机的原动力。要切实做好班级管理的工作,班主任和老师应该注重学生的心理管理。
