压力泵对妇科盆腔手术后患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of pressure pump on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities after pelvic surgery

目的探讨压力泵对妇科盆腔手术后患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法收集我院90例2017年9月～2018年1月妇科盆腔手术患者。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后下床活动时间、住院的总时间优于对照组,P<0.05。结论压力泵在妇科盆腔手术后有良好作用,可更好改善相关的凝血功能指标监测情况,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of pressure pump on prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities after gynecological pelvic surgery.Methods 90 cases of gynecological pelvic surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to January 2018 were collected. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pressure pump has a good effect in gynecological pelvic surgery and can better improve the monitoring of coagulation function indicators. It is worth popularizing and applying.
