经血源性间充质干细胞在妇科疾病治疗的前景

摘要 本文从经血源间充质干细胞的来源、增殖培养、鉴定、分化、免疫原性、安全性以及在宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病和Asherman综合征的临床应用等方面综述了经血源性间充干细胞在妇科疾病治疗的前景。 In this paper, we review the clinical application of meridional mesenchymal stem cells(mscs) in gynecological diseases from the aspects of source, proliferation, culture, identification, differentiation, immunogenicity, safety and endometriosis, adenomyosis and Ashman syndrome.
