产科病房实施人性化护理提高产科护理质量

Implementing Humanized Nursing in Obstetric Ward to Improve the Quality of Obstetric Nursing

目的探究人性化护理对于提高产科病房的护理质量的作用。方法选择本院收治的100例分娩产妇,选择时间为2017年1月～2018年1月,采用双盲法将患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,在常规护理的基础上观察组采用人性化护理,比较两组患者的护理质量以及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比较,观察组的护理质量明显更高比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的护理满意度分别96%、86%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理有助于提高产科病房的护理质量,满足患者的护理需求。

Objective To explore the role of humanized nursing in improving nursing quality in obstetrical wards.Methods 100 cases of parturient in our hospital were selected from January 2017 to January 2018,The patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by double blind method,The control group was treated with routine nursing,On the basis of routine nursing,humanistic nursing was used in the observation group,The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results compared with the control group,the nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group and the control group were 96%,86%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing is helpful to improve the nursing quality of obstetrical wards and to meet the nursing needs of patients.
