心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果研究

Effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy on nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年7月～2017年12月114例妊娠糖尿病患者进行研究调查,随机分为对照组(57例)和研究组(57例),对照组采用常规的护理模式,研究组在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理联合运动治疗法,对两组患者进行血糖控制情况以及妊娠结局的比较。结果研究组妊娠期血糖控制情况优于对照组,且研究组的妊娠结局比对照组妊娠结局更好,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中能够帮助患者控制血糖情况,提高妊娠结局,是值得在临床护理中广泛运用的模式。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 14 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and investigated.They were randomly divided into control group(57 cases)and research group(57 cases).The control group was given routine nursing mode.The research group was given psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy on the basis of routine nursing to control blood sugar in the two groups.System and pregnancy outcome were compared.Results The control of blood sugar during pregnancy in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the pregnancy outcome in the study group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy can help patients control blood sugar and improve pregnancy outcomes in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus,which is a model worthy of wide application in clinical nursing.
