探究改良B-Lynch子宫捆绑术治疗剖宫产术中难治性产后出血的效果

目的探究临床上治疗剖宫产术中难治性产后出血时采用改良B-Lynch子宫捆绑术的效果。方法分析2015年1月至2018年6月期间在我院进行剖宫产手术治疗后出现难治性产后出血的80例患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方式分成两组,即对照组与研究组各40例患者;对照组采取宫腔填纱方法治疗,研究组采取改良B-Lynch子宫捆绑术治疗,对两组手术观察指标、并发症及血常规指标变化情况进行观察。结果研究组与对照组相比并发症总发生率显著低(P<0.05);研究组患者的手术各项观察指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后各项指标水平较对照组优(P<0.05)。结论给予剖宫产术中难治性产后出血患者进行改良B-Lynch子宫捆绑术治疗可有效提升治疗疗效以及预后情况,具临床价值并值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified B-Lynch uterine bundling in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:control group and study group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with uterine filling gauze,while the study group was treated with modified B-Lynch uterine binding operation.The operative observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Complications and changes of blood routine indexes were observed.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the observation indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of the indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified B-Lynch uterine bundling for intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section can effectively improve the curative effect and prognosis,which has clinical value and is worth popularizing and applying.
