剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的研究及治疗进展

Advances in the study and treatment of Cesarean scar pregnancy

2016年初国家正式全面实施二胎政策,随之剖宫产孕妇再妊娠的比率明显增加,再加上部分临床医生对剖宫产的指症把控不严格,以及社会因素引起的剖宫产等,均导致剖宫产率居高不下,进而引起剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的发病率也在与日俱增。文章通过参考近年文献,试从剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的发病率,发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防进行综述,以期为后续的研究提供参考。

On January 1,2016,the state formally implemented the two-child policy and the rate of repregnancy of caesarean section pregnant women increased obviously,and some clinicians failed to strictly control the finger syndrome of caesarean section.Social factors, such as cesarean section,cause high rate of cesarean section,and then cause the incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy is also increasing.This article reviews the incidence,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of cicatricial pregnancy by cesarean section in recent years,in order to provide reference for further research.
