基于中国综合社会调查对我国居民医疗卫生公共服务满意度的分析

Satisfaction of urban and rural residents with medical and health services in China based on a social survey

目的了解城乡居民对医疗卫生公共服务的满意度及其影响因素,为完善我国医疗卫生公共服务体系提供政策建议。方法通过频率计算居民满意度的整体分布情况,通过百分制得分评价满意度水平,采用二元logistic回归分析城乡居民总体满意度的影响因素。结果我国城乡居民对医疗卫生公共服务满意度处于"一般"水平,城乡居民的文化程度、家庭经济状况、4周内心理健康状况、养老保险、商业养老保险是影响其对医疗卫生公共服务满意度的主要因素。结论政府应加大医疗卫生公共服务财政供给力度,完善政府财政投入保障机制,转变管理理念和管理方式,提高卫生资源均等化水平,引导卫生资源合理流动和使用,从而提高城乡居民医疗卫生公共服务受益度。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of urban and rural residents with medical and health services and its influencing factors so as to provide policy suggestions for the improvement of medical and services in China.Method The distribution of the overall satisfaction was calculated by frequency,the level of satisfaction was assessed by percentages,and the influencing factors were analyzed by binary Logistic regression.Result The urban and rural residents were“generally satisfied”with the medical and health services in China.The main influencing factors included educational background,family economic status,mental health status within 4 weeks,endowment insurance,and commercial endowment insurance.Conclusion The government should increase financial investment in medical and health services,optimize the assurance mechanisms of government financial investment,transform the management concept and method,improve the equity and affordability of health resources,provide guidance in a rational flow and use of health resources,and thus increase the benefit degree of medical and health services for urban and rural residents.
